Complaints about our response to a request under the Freedom of Information Act


If you are not satisfied with our response to you under the Freedom of Information Act, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of our decision. You can do this by writing to the person that replied to your request, or by writing to:

Complaints about our response to a request under the Data Protection Act

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you should write to the person that responded to your request and set out the reasons for your complaint. This does not affect your right to complain to the Information Commissioner or a court.
